I have been employed with the Tribe for one month.
What’s the best thing about your job?
I previously worked at Pend Oreille County District Court as a Court Clerk as well, therefore I enjoy branching out and learning the Tribal court side of things.
What’s the best thing about Kalispel Tribe?
Feeling like I am part of a family.
What does your workspace look like?
I have an office with a window!!!! Right now, it’s pretty bare, I am moving in slowly by adding photos of my family and making it feel more like home-which I love.
Why did you want to come work for Kalispel Tribe?
I have many friends that work for the Kalispel Tribe who referred me here 😊
What or who inspires you?
My coworkers inspire me, I look up to them and their knowledge. I can’t wait until I feel comfortable with the court system and in my job, which I know takes time!
What are the words you live by?
“Things always work out the way they are meant to, even if it doesn’t seem like it at the time”
How do you define success?
Work hard so that you are proud of where you are in life, at work, and at home.
What is your favorite event that Kalispel Tribe puts on?
I’m not familiar with many of the events. I am excited to attend the Pow-Wow for sure!
