I would like to introduce myself, Dr. Clayton Kersting, I am the new Medical Director of the Camas Center Clinic. I am new to the clinic but not to the area having practiced in Newport for the last 30 years. I look forward to now providing care to the Kalispel Tribe and the surrounding community. The clinic offers care for the whole family with a strong focus on preventative care.
This clinic was constructed to serve the Kalispel people, to help care for the kids and elders, my intention is to stay true to the original intent, to gain and regain the confidence of this community, this clinic is available as your primary option for primary care.
The clinic’s incredible staff is excited to provide care to the Tribe and community, so call to get an appointment to get caught up on your medical care.

- Steps to be seen in the Camas Center Clinic
- If you are an established patient, just call to make an appointment.
- We accept almost all insurances but always have us check to see if we accept yours. You don’t want to get an unexpected bill.
- To receive chiropractic, massage or physical therapy you will need a referral from a provider.
- If you are new to the clinic, we will need to get your medical records before you make an appointment. There are two ways to get your medical records:
- Request and sign a release from your previous provider’s clinic or
- Sign a medical release at the Camas Center Clinic and we can request your records from your previous provider.
