I am the Career Readiness Advisor at The Kalispel Development Company.  I work with tribal members to help them become skilled and desirable applicants.

I advise with resumes, mock interviews and building on the job skills to apply for the positions the members desire.  I’ve worked for the Kalispel Tribe for thirteen years.

• Q:  What do you like most about working for Kalispel Tribe?
  What I enjoy the most about working for the tribe is the sense of fulfillment.  I know that any of the work I do is for the betterment of the tribe and our people.  This inspires me to work hard in whatever position I am in.

• Q:  What advice would you have for a younger tribal member?
  Seek happiness, money, fame, success and become irrelevant.
• Q:  What  is your favorite event that the Tribe puts on?My favorite event is the Pow Wow.  To see that many of my friends and family gather together in celebration is a blessing.
